A visionary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, Robert Acosta leads Cadmus’ technology solutions division. Robert joined Cadmus through its acquisition of Ventera where he was founder and CEO for 29 years. His portfolio focuses on solving complex challenges for business and government customers through agile, human-centered design, DevSecOps, leading-edge technologies and practices, and pioneering innovation.
Robert started Ventera with the goal of creating a company where outstanding people want to work hard and succeed together for the long run. Robert set the tone for the company’s culture, stressing trusted relationships with customers, taking care of employees, serving the community, and consistently doing the right thing. “People first” is at the core of every decision he makes.
Robert received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in business administration from George Mason University.
