The client relies on a complex ecosystem of interconnected digital services to support critical healthcare programs. Before partnering with Cadmus, operational data was dispersed across numerous monitoring tools and systems. Teams lacked a centralized view of system health, making it difficult to quickly identify issues, understand service performance, and respond proactively to emerging risks. Investigating outages or performance degradations often required manually gathering data from multiple sources, creating delays in diagnosis and resolution.

The solution

The Cadmus team built Cadmus Logic.AI SentroniX, a cloud-based operations platform that serves as a single pane of glass (SPOG) for monitoring the client’s services.

Built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), SentroniX consolidates data from hundreds of sources—including system logs, traffic data, performance metrics, availability indicators, and key performance measures—into a unified dashboard. The platform provides both high-level visibility and detailed operational insights, enabling teams to quickly assess system status and investigate issues when needed.

To enhance operational intelligence, Cadmus integrated artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities that continuously analyze incoming data. These models establish baselines for normal system behavior and automatically identify anomalies that may indicate emerging problems. Historical data is also retained, allowing teams to analyze trends, review incidents, and evaluate system reliability over time.

The result is a centralized, scalable platform that transforms fragmented operational data into actionable insights for the client’s teams.

SentroniX has become a critical operational resource for more than 12,000 product owners and service team members across the organization, providing a shared, real-time view of system health and performance.
