Adrian Morrison

Adrian Morrison is a management consultant and economist with a career spanning the private sector, international development, and government. He brings a rare vantage point through his cross-sector experience and a proven track record helping organizations solve complex operational and strategic challenges.

At Cadmus, Adrian leads a business operations transformation project for a Fortune 500 telecommunications client—developing AI-enabled automation solutions to strengthen wireless network performance and increase operational efficiency.

Earlier in his consulting career, Adrian advised U.S. banks on quantitative models for market, credit, and liquidity risk. He also served as a strategy consultant at Samsung in South Korea, where he worked directly with senior executives on challenges across the healthcare and software sectors.

In international development, Adrian has managed multi-year donor-funded projects that have advanced investment promotion, access to finance, and governance reform across Eastern Europe and Africa. He led highly competitive business development initiatives securing multiple $10–50 million contracts from USAID and other major international donors.

He began his career as an economist at the UK Treasury before being selected for the Overseas Development Institute Fellowship, through which he served as a senior economist for the Government of Papua New Guinea.

Adrian holds a master’s degree in business administration from London Business School, a master’s degree in economics from the University of Oxford, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Manchester. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
