Brad Cole

Brad Cole is an enterprise technology leader at Cadmus with more than 15 years of experience leading large scale digital transformation initiatives across telecommunications, network infrastructure, and emerging technology platforms. He specializes in translating complex technical strategy into scalable, operational solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.

At Cadmus, Brad leads digital twin and enterprise automation initiatives supporting some of the largest infrastructure programs in the telecom industry. His work spans end to end solution design, process modernization, software development, and cross functional delivery, with particular depth in digital twin programs, network deployment operations, and data driven process optimization.

Prior to Cadmus, Brad held senior leadership roles at DISH Network and DISH Wireless, where he led national site development, enterprise program management, and strategic initiatives. He played a key role in launching the first OpenRAN 5G network in the U.S. and pioneered the integration of digital twins into telecom deployment workflows, generating significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Brad also co founded a venture capital firm focused on early stage technology and connectivity companies.

Brad holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Colorado State University, and completed advanced program management studies at Stanford University.
