Danny Adams is a seasoned program management and operations leader with more than 18 years of experience overseeing complex international development programs in challenging environments. He specializes in U.S. Government-funded program management, operations and compliance, procurement, grant administration, and financial management. As Technical Director for the U.S. Department of State’s Technology Gateway program, Danny manages day-to-day operations, compliance, logistics, and financial management and oversees implementation of a technical acquisition fund that supports partnerships between U.S. technology firms and partner-country governments.
Danny also served as Deputy Chief of Party for the Cadmus-led BEACON program in the Philippines, where he led cross-functional teams responsible for finance, procurement, communications, and performance monitoring on a $33 million initiative supporting improvements in information and communications technology and cybersecurity. He worked closely with government, private sector, and international organization stakeholders to advance program objectives and strengthen institutional capacity. Before joining Cadmus, Danny worked at DAI in project management and senior leadership roles across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia where he managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, led finance and operations teams, and strengthened project management systems and compliance practices across complex development programs.
Danny holds an Executive MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, a master’s degree in government from Georgetown University, and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of California, Davis.
