Dinara Iunusalieva

Dinara Iunusalieva leads operations for Cadmus’ international affairs operating group, overseeing business and program operations across hiring and onboarding, project management, quality assurance, budgeting, and financial forecasting. She strengthens the systems, processes, and cross-functional collaboration that support high-quality delivery across complex international development portfolios. With more than 20 years of experience, Dinara brings deep expertise in operations, financial and contract management, donor compliance, grants management, and field office start-up and closeout for donor-funded programs worldwide.

Before joining Cadmus, Dinara held operations and management roles at University Research Co. and The QED Group, where she managed programs funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the U.S. Department of State, the U.K. Department for International Development (DFID), NORAD – The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, and other multilateral donors. Her work has spanned Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and South Asia, with a consistent focus on building practical systems, strengthening internal controls, and enabling efficient, compliant project execution in complex environments.
