Jim Surguine leads Cadmus’ ESS II program which provides enterprise shared services to a major federal government client.
Throughout his 45+ year career, Jim has provided leadership to a wide variety of technical projects in both the private and public sectors. He provided excellent leadership in driving multiple projects to successful conclusions that met and exceeded client expectations. He specializes in leading teams to deliver high-value enterprise technology systems modernization, implementation, and operations solutions. His teams use agile human-centered design, DevSecOps-driven cloud solutions, and leading enterprise technologies.
Jim joined Cadmus as part of the Ventera acquisition. During his 7+ years with Ventera, he established a track record of delivering technical solutions to meet client needs with an outstanding track record of on time delivery with a high degree of quality. He is adept at managing large programs with multiple agile teams, coordinating their effort of constant delivery with innovative solutions.
