Katia Lvin is a proven project manager and finance and investment technical specialist with ten years of experience conducting financial and economic assessments of project finance investments and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in various infrastructure sectors, including transport and logistics (ports, rail, roads, public transport, special economic zones) and energy.
Katia’s experience includes conducting research, preparing demand forecasts for infrastructure projects, developing economic-financial models, and preparing feasibility studies for a variety of clients, including World Bank, U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), and Inter-American Development Bank. Her PPP experience includes analyzing the policy, institutional, and legal environment for PPPs, evaluating projects for PPP suitability, designing and delivering training on PPPs, and conducting performance monitoring of existing PPP projects/concessions.
Katia holds a master’s degree in development management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelor’s degree in international management from McGill University. She is a native Russian speaker and has advanced proficiency in French and Spanish.
