Katie Henke

Katie Henke leads business development for Cadmus’ international affairs operating group, driving institutional positioning and growth through client engagement, partnership development, opportunity development, systems and process improvements, staff skills and capacity development , and business operations and planning. With more than 20 years of experience, Katie has a track record of successfully managing diverse teams and multi-million dollar portfolios in global arenas with a broad range of public, private, and philanthropic U.S. and international institutional donors and clients.

Prior to her work at Cadmus, Katie held business development and program management roles at Pact, Winrock International, the George Washington University, and Chemonics International. Katie has worked throughout Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa and her multidisciplinary experience includes economic growth, agriculture, trade and investment, infrastructure development, education, livelihoods/economic strengthening, civic engagement, women’s empowerment, social inclusion, human trafficking, and labor rights with an overall emphasis on systems strengthening, policy implementation, and private sector solutions.
