Khanh Armstrong

Khanh Armstrong drives AI transformation and enterprise product strategy at Cadmus, leading AI Software Factory and Growth under the Corporate Technology Office and as deputy for Cadmus’ AI Project Management Office. She translates AI vision into organizational reality, building the governance frameworks, enablement programs, and AI product portfolio that turn emerging capabilities into scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Khanh joined Cadmus in 2024 through its acquisition of Ventera, where over 12 years she delivered technology solutions for federal and commercial clients before transitioning to support the firm’s corporate growth efforts and spearhead innovation initiatives. During that time, she built and led the Platform Engineering team from the ground up, delivering vSTART, a platform that became one of the key drivers of Ventera’s acquisition valuation and was subsequently adopted and rebranded as cSTART under Cadmus. She has led AI innovation projects spanning intelligent document processing, code modernization, legacy system transformation, and mission-specific implementations for federal clients.

With 15+ years in technology and product leadership, Khanh is the one who closes the loop between vision and reality, taking ideas from concept to completion and driving them across the finish line with measurable impact and real results. A natural cross-domain thinker, she has a track record of rapidly building fluency in new fields and applying that breadth to find connections across disciplines and bring clarity to complex challenges. She bridges strategy and execution with equal fluency, as comfortable shaping enterprise AI roadmaps as she is driving delivery at the ground level. Her work spans the full product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and investment prioritization to governance, enablement, and adoption at scale.

Khanh holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Virginia and a Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship certificate. She is certified in SAFe, Agile, AI Product Management (AIPMM), and UX design (Nielsen Norman Group). She brings deep expertise across AI product management, enterprise transformation, and human-centered design.
