Steve Deichman leads the national security portfolio for Cadmus’ technology solutions division, providing information technology expertise and solutions to government clients.
Throughout his 35+ year career, Steve has worked with numerous federal and state governments to improve business and mission processing through innovative information technology solutions.
He provides strategic leadership across portfolios of programs including large modernization efforts throughout the entire software development lifecycle using agile, human-centered design, DevSecOps, cloud, AI, and innovative technologies. Steve builds and leads high-performing teams that support measurable improvements and sustained excellence for his clients. As a senior market-facing leader, he has also driven strategy and vision resulting in business growth and high value solutions across multiple agencies.
Steve joined Cadmus as part of the Ventera acquisition. During his 12+ years as a senior leader at Ventera, he founded the national security team and led its growth across multiple agencies. He led several of the largest programs for Ventera, achieving strong results in business performance, productivity, and innovation. Prior to Ventera, Steve worked at two large consulting organizations and provided strong solutions in several markets including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, U.S. Treasury, and various state government clients. Steve earned a master’s degree in business administration from Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University.
