This award was created to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, creativity, and sustained service to the AWWA Small Systems Division. Karen was nominated and unanimously chosen by the division’s trustees for her dedication, initiative, and long-standing contributions to advancing the mission of the organization.
