Program will support global alignment with U.S. cyber and digital policy, and the adoption of U.S. and other trusted technologies

ARLINGTON, Va., February 26, 2026—Cadmus, a provider of technology-empowered advisory and implementation services for government, commercial, and other private organizations worldwide, is pleased to announce the award of the Technology Gateway (TECHGATE) program by the U.S. Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy (CDP). This three-year initiative aims to promote trusted U.S. and allied technology solutions. Through large-scale knowledge and technology transfer, the program empowers partners to adopt secure, reliable digital technologies that align with U.S. strategic interests.

TECHGATE is a flexible and strategic program, giving CDP the ability to deploy best-fit, best-value, trusted technology solutions in alignment with U.S. foreign policy objectives to position U.S. companies for greater impact in the digital market abroad, including exporting the U.S. AI stack. The TECHGATE program will provide a total package approach with activities across the full life cycle of technology procurement, deployment, and sustainability planning.

“This award builds on Cadmus’ robust portfolio of digital transformation work globally,” said Senior Vice President for International Affairs Jeffrey Singer. “TECHGATE provides a platform for commercial diplomacy, particularly related to advancing U.S. and allied technology solutions. The program will support a range of technology deployment, including technical, cost, and sustainability assessments; local capacity development; and technology procurement and installation to assist foreign governments and ensure countries are working towards durable digital ecosystems.”

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to leverage Cadmus’ digital capabilities globally through this critical award, in cooperation with CDP, especially when the transformative potential of U.S. private sector partnerships is making a bigger impact than ever before,” said President and CEO Ian Kline. “Cadmus will take advantage of its extensive international and U.S. networks, deploying the right people, processes, and procurements to advance trusted technology adoption across the globe.”

Throughout the program, Cadmus will focus on U.S. tech sector engagement, showcasing the benefits of U.S. technology and supporting U.S. firms accessing and operating in foreign markets to ultimately multiply the impact of TECHGATE through long-term commitments between program recipients and trusted suppliers.
