ARLINGTON, Va., November 20, 2025—Cadmus, a provider of technology-empowered advisory and implementation services for government, commercial, and other private organizations worldwide, is proud to announce it has been awarded a $10 million contract from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) to continue supporting the Store Tracking and Redemption System (STARS), a mission-critical platform that manages retailer authorization and compliance for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
Cadmus has supported STARS since its initial launch in 2004, continuously delivering enhancements, new features, and process improvements that have made the platform more efficient, stable, and user-friendly.
