Marshall joins group of industry leaders guiding the strategic direction for the International Energy Program Evaluation Conference 

ARLINGTON, Va., August 24, 2026—Cadmus, a provider of technology-empowered advisory and implementation services for utilities, government agencies, commercial businesses, and other private organizations worldwide, announces Allie Marshall has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the International Energy Program Evaluation Conference (IEPEC), a leading forum for advancing the practice of energy program evaluation and fostering collaboration across the industry. 

In her role at Cadmus, Marshall leads the design and evaluation of energy-efficiency, demand response, transportation, and renewable energy programs as well as advising clients on the surrounding regulatory environment. As a member of the IEPEC Board of Directors, Marshall will help shape the organization’s biennial conference, outreach, and educational initiatives, supporting IEPEC’s mission to examine and expand energy program results, promote resource conservation, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
