ARLINGTON, Va., December 2, 2025—Cadmus, a provider of technology-empowered advisory and implementation services for government, commercial, and other private organizations worldwide, has been awarded a service contract valued at $15 million by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) to lead delivery of the Trade Centre of Expertise – Evidence & Innovation Programme (E&IP).
The E&IP is a flagship initiative that will enhance the UK government’s Aid for Trade portfolio by embedding rigorous research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning into trade-related development policies. Through this program, Cadmus and its consortium partners will generate robust evidence to improve global data and understanding of trade’s role in poverty reduction and economic development and strengthening policies toward more inclusive trade.
